1 Check the required freezing protection

Choose ready-to-use winter fluid or a concentrate with protection suitable for the lowest temperature in your area. Read the label because an incorrectly diluted concentrate does not provide the stated protection.

? Tip: A ready-to-use mix is a safer choice if you do not have an exact measuring container to dilute the concentrate.

2 Locate the windshield washer reservoir

Park the vehicle, turn off the engine, and locate the cap with the windshield symbol. Do not confuse it with the coolant or brake fluid reservoir.

3 Use up or extract summer fluid

If a little summer fluid is left in the reservoir, spray the windshield in short intervals. Extract a larger amount with a clean siphon/pump; do not keep the washer pump running without fluid.

4 Pour in the winter mix

Pour the prepared fluid through a funnel up to the mark or a few centimeters below the top. Wipe up any spilled fluid immediately and close the cap tightly.

⚠ Warning: Windshield washer fluid is toxic. Do not use household containers, do not leave it accessible to children and pets, and never pour it into the cooling system.

5 Flush the fluid through the lines

Activate the front and rear washers a few times until the new fluid reaches all nozzles. Check for an even spray and any leaks under the vehicle.
