1 Prepare for safe work

Turn off the system at the controller, wait for the water and metal parts to cool and read the instruction manual for your specific model. In case of gas, smoke or electrical fault, stop immediately and call an authorized service.

⚠ Warning: Never pour flammable liquid into the burner. Smoke in the boiler room or flame flashback require immediate shutdown and service.

2 Check pellet and fuel feed

Use dry pellets of the specified size, clean dust from the hopper and verify that the auger is dosing fuel into the burner.

3 Clean the cold burner

Turn off the boiler, wait for complete cooling and vacuum out ash with an appropriate vacuum. Air openings must be clear.

4 Observe the ignition phase

Note whether you hear the auger and fan and whether the pellet heats up or smokes. Let the service measure the ignition heater and sensors.

? Tip: Take a photo of the initial condition and change only one thing at a time. This way you’ll know which check actually made a difference to the problem.

5 Reassemble, test and set the limit

Return the settings one by one and monitor temperature, pressure, sound and possible leaks. If the values do not stabilize or the alarm repeats, leave the system off and request professional diagnostics.
