1 Prepare safe work

Unplug the tool or remove the battery. Clear the work area, secure the item, and put on eye, hearing and breathing protection according to the task.

⚠ Warning: Do not bypass safety guards, switches or grounding. Leave electrical faults and damaged housings to a professional service.

2 Define the exact symptom

Determine the height, size and maximum load, then choose dry, flat material. Plan the braces and the place where tools will be mounted.

3 Check the most common cause

Assemble two strong side frames, join them with longitudinal beams, and add diagonal braces or a full back panel against wobble.

4 Remove the cause without improvising

Install a flat worktop, check the diagonals and all legs, then anchor the bench to a wall or floor if it will carry a vice and side loads.

? Tip: Photograph the starting condition and change only one thing at a time. That way you’ll more easily figure out what actually fixed the problem.

5 Assemble and test safely

Put all guards back and run a short no-load test, then test on scrap material. Stop work if the tool vibrates, sparks, overheats or makes unusual noise.
