1 Prepare for safe work

Ventilate the area, put on gloves, and first test the agent in a hidden spot. Do not mix products and protect children, pets, textiles, and sensitive surfaces.

⚠ Warning: A large area, mold after flooding, or a problem for people with asthma should be assessed by a professional service.

2 Stop moisture and ventilate

Fix any visible leaks, turn on ventilation, and dry the area. Cleaning wet grout only gives a short-term result.

3 Wash surface dirt

Remove soap and grease with warm water and mild detergent, then rinse. Only then apply a product approved for mold.

4 Treat and dry completely

Follow the contact time from the label, brush without dispersing spores, and rinse well if prescribed. Dry with a cloth and ventilation.

? Tip: Photograph the initial state and change only one thing at a time. This way you will know which check really affected the problem.

5 Assemble, test, and set limits

Remove product residues according to instructions, dry the surface, and inspect it in day light. If the stain, smell, or moisture returns quickly, look for the source of the problem instead of repeating a stronger treatment.
