1 Prepare for safe work
Ventilate the area, put on gloves, and test the agent in a hidden spot. Protect children, pets, and sensitive surfaces.
⚠ Warning: Never mix bleach with vinegar, acids, ammonia, or other cleaners. The mixture can release toxic gases.
2 Determine the exact symptom
Follow the ants’ path to their entry point and photograph the species if possible. Remove open food, crumbs, and water sources.
3 Check the most common cause
Wash the path with a mild detergent, seal crevices after activity subsides, and store food in sealed containers.
4 Eliminate the cause without improvisation
Place bait in a closed station along the path, out of reach of children and pets. Do not spray repellent over the bait as ants must carry the food back to the colony.
? Tip: Photograph the initial state and change only one thing at a time. This will make it easier to identify what really solved the problem.
5 Test the result
Remove product residues according to the label, dry the surface, and inspect the result in daylight. If the problem returns quickly, find the source of moisture, dirt, or pest entry.
