⚠ Safety note: This guide involves working with plumbing. If you're not completely sure about every step, stop and call a licensed professional. Before you start, always switch off the power at the breaker or close the main water/gas valve.

1 Prepare safe work

Turn the system off at the controller and wait for the pipes and housing to cool down. Write down the temperature, pressure, and error code before changing any settings.

⚠ Warning: Do not repair gas lines, electrical connections, the refrigerant circuit, or safety devices yourself. Only an authorized person may work on those parts.

2 Pin down the exact symptom

Check the zone thermostat, the set temperature, and whether it is calling for heat. Replace the batteries and note the indicator state.

3 Check the most common cause

At the manifold, compare the flow for that zone with the others and carefully check whether the supply and return are warm. Do not turn balancing valves randomly.

4 Remove the cause without improvising

Check whether the actuator is seated firmly. A stuck valve, air in the loop, or a faulty actuator should be diagnosed by a heating technician.

? Tip: Take a photo of the starting state and change only one thing at a time. That makes it much easier to see what actually fixed the problem.

5 Reassemble and test safely

Put the settings back, turn on the system, and watch one full cycle. For gas smell, smoke, leakage, overheating, or a repeated error, switch the system off immediately and call an authorized service.
