1 Prepare for safe work

Disconnect the tool from the outlet or remove the battery. Clean the workspace, secure the object, and put on protection for eyes, hearing, and breathing according to the type of work.

⚠ Warning: Do not bypass safety guards, switches, and grounding. Leave electrical faults and damaged housings to a professional service.

2 Determine the exact symptom

Find the exact value and tightening sequence in the service manual. Clean the thread and determine if the specification requires a dry or lubricated joint.

Determine the exact symptom

3 Check the most common cause

Adjust the wrench within its operating range, hold it by the marked handle, and pull evenly without jerking or using an extension pipe.

4 Eliminate the cause without improvisation

Stop at the first click or signal. After work, release the adjustable wrench to the lowest allowed value and store it in the box.

? Tip: Photograph the initial state and change only one thing at a time. This makes it easier to recognize what really solved the problem.

5 Assemble and test safely

Put back all guards and perform a short test without load, then a trial on scrap material. Stop work if the tool vibrates, sparks, overheats, or makes an unusual sound.
