1 Prepare for safe work
Turn off the system at the control and wait for the pipes and housing to cool. Record temperature, pressure and error code before changing any settings.
⚠ Warning: Do not repair gas lines, electrical connections, flues, cooling circuits and safety devices yourself. Only an authorized person is allowed to work on them.
2 Determine condition and cause
Compare the amount and structure of ash with previous fuel. Black chunks and unburned pellets indicate poor combustion.
3 Perform key inspection
Clean the combustion chamber, burner openings and heat exchanger according to the manufacturer’s schedule and check the air supply and flue.
4 Do repair or maintenance
Use dry certified pellets and do not change service parameters at random. Fuel dosage and fan must be adjusted by measuring flue gases.
? Tip: Take a photo of the initial condition and change only one thing at a time. This way you’ll find it easier to determine what actually solved the problem.
5 Test the result
Return the settings and monitor one full cycle. For gas smell, smoke, leaks, overheating or repeated error, immediately turn off the system and call an authorized service.
